1. Scope of Services

  • Insulation and sealing

  • Delivery of products

  • Custom orders

  • Parts and accessory installation

All services will be performed in a professional and workman like manner consistent with industry standards.

2. Quotes & Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided by our team are:

  • Based on the information available at the time

  • Subject to change after an on‑site inspection

  • Not binding until confirmed in writing

Any changes in project scope, materials, or conditions may result in updated pricing.

3. Scheduling & Access

You agree to provide reasonable access to the property so our team can complete the work safely and efficiently. Scheduled service dates may be adjusted due to weather, product availability, or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any changes promptly.

4. Products & Materials

We supply windows, doors, and related materials from trusted manufacturers. Product specifications, availability, and lead times may vary. Custom orders may require additional processing time and are typically non‑refundable once production begins.

5. Installation Standards

All installations are completed by trained professionals following manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices. Proper insulation, sealing, and finishing are included unless otherwise specified in the service agreement or quote.

6. Warranties

Manufacturer Warranties

All windows, doors, and related products are covered by the official warranties provided by the manufacturers. Warranty terms vary by brand and product type.

Workmanship Guarantee

Evolution Window And Door provides a workmanship guarantee on all installations. If an issue arises due to installation error, we will correct it at no additional cost within the warranty period.

Warranty claims do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or modifications made by third parties.

7. Payments & Billing

Payment terms will be outlined in your quote or invoice. Deposits may be required for custom orders or large projects. Final payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise stated in writing.

Failure to pay may result in delays, cancellation of services, or additional fees.

8. Cancellations & Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please notify us as soon as possible. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started. Changes to project scope may require a revised estimate or additional charges.

9. Liability

Evolution Window And Door is not responsible for:

  • Pre‑existing structural issues

  • Damage caused by improper maintenance

  • Delays due to supplier or manufacturer timelines

  • Issues resulting from third‑party work

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
